Water Treatment & Delivery The Water Treatment and Water Distribution operators at Heber Public Utility District support our community to fulfill their water needs, and to efficiently manage our water resources. Waste Hauling, Trash Solid waste -trash- is handled through contract with CR&R Waste and Recycling Services. Senior discounts are available for Heber residents who are 65 or older. Wastewater Collection & Treatment The professional Wastewater Treatment operators at Heber Public Utility District protect the health and environment for our community by providing high-quality wastewater treatment services in and effective and efficient manner. Parks & Recreation Services Shaping and promoting Heber’s identity, expanding parks and recreation facilities and services is our mission.
